3 Month Update

We have had so much fun that I have not had much time to update this blog. Time sure is flying fast. Olivia is about to be 3 months old in a few days! She is getting cuter and fatter every day. Today, mommy is back to work and so I will be able to blog more frequently.

Recently, we had a Rosete family reunion at our house and it was just way too fun!!!
Everyone travelled many miles to get together...
  • Lolo/Lola (Philippines)
  • Auntie Margie (London)
  • Uncle Franco, Auntie Rebecca, and Cousin Isabella (Portland, OR)
Olivia loved having so much family around to play with her and hold her. She slept a lot less during the day and was more interactive with us. The Texas weather has been absolutely beautiful so we try to take her outside when we can.

With the family we explored the Fort Worth Zoo, the Dallas Arboretum, the Dallas Aquarium, and even took in some architecture in the Dallas Arts District. Olivia loves to be in her baby bjorn where she curiously soaks in every sight and sound. She could not stop staring at her cousin Isabella, it was just too cute how they interacted with each other.

She reached so many milestones so far: she loves tummy time and it shows as her head is pretty strong now, although still a little wobbly. She can now sit in her bumbo. When you place her on her feet, she can push her weight down on it. It is just so funny because her head wobbles when she does this and it looks like she is dancing. She has discovered her hands and loves to put them in her mouth. When we make funny faces and noises at her she flashes us a smile w/ that one dimple of her's that just makes us melt. She can now hold her attention to objects for longer and loves story time with mommy.
